Terms of Sale

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) or British pounds (GBP) and include sales tax (12% for food and supplements, 6% on books, and 25% on other goods). Please note that when ordering from countries outside the European Union (EU), the price excludes sales tax. The price stated on www.baricolbariatrics.se/www.baricolbariatrics.com at the time of purchase is normally the price that applies. Prices do not include freight charges, which are stated separately at Checkout.  We may also adjust prices as a result of changes in, for example, exchange rates.


When registering a completed order, the customer agrees that s/he has read through and accepted our terms. To be able to order, you must be 18 years of age. We do not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to call customer service on tel. +46 31-33 44 33 or send an email to [email protected] We reserve the right to deny or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you provided incorrect personal information and/or if you have payment remarks).

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Along with your order confirmation, a link will also be sent to our full terms of purchase.

Product Information 

The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced correctly. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

Baricol Bariatrics AB reserves the right to make errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, the right to correct this is reserved afterward. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Return your Purchase

Individuals have the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. This means a right to return the purchase of certain goods within 14 days of delivery; the deadline to return starts from the day you received the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or expire. However, one condition is that the product must be unused and undamaged. Since our products are classified as food, return or exchange of goods is not permitted after the initial right of withdrawal (14 days) at the start of a continuous subscription. For example, if you subscribe to a continuous subscription at 1-month intervals, the right of withdrawal applies only to the first shipment.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a written message via e-mail ([email protected]) where you provide us with the following information:

(a) order number (can be found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note, or invoice)
(b) your name and contact details
(c) the number and names of the products to be returned

Baricol Bariatrics AB shall confirm that the return is allowed and that the cancellation deadline has not been passed before the goods are returned. The customer is responsible for return costs according to the postal service’s prices and is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to us. Returns may not be sent COD. We recommend that you save the receipt from the postal service in order to contact them if the return does not arrive.


Baricol® Complete’s ongoing subscription gives you the opportunity to always have vitamins & minerals at home at a favorable price. When you choose this option, you get all the products for the selected interval (every 1 or  3 months) delivered at the same time. You will then receive the next delivery of your products at your previously selected interval (every 1 or  3 months).  By having these deliveries,  you will also be reminded to take your vitamins and minerals regularly. 

You can always snooze (delivery moves ahead 30 days), change (tastes or formulations), or cancel your subscription before the next mailing; you are not bound for any length of time to your subscription. To make changes to your subscription, including choices for flavors or formulations, log in to My Account. Here you will also snooze your subscription for 30 days and see the date of the next payment, which can be found on your order confirmation as well. 

We do not accept exchanges of already shipped goods after the initial right of withdrawal on your first order of a subscription has passed. If you wish to cancel your subscription with us, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to our customer service at [email protected]. You will then receive a written confirmation via e-mail from us confirming that your subscription has been canceled and that you will not receive any new delivery. Cancellation of your subscription must take place no later than the day before payment for the next shipment is made. This date is listed on your latest order confirmation or on your My Account page on our website.

Please note that non-payment is not counted as cancellation.


We offer payment via 2 payment providers, Klarna Bank AB in Sweden and Stripe in other markets. All card payments are made securely according to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). No card information is handled or stored at Baricol Bariatrics AB. The money is deducted directly from your account in connection with you approving the transaction.


We work together with Klarna as a payment provider in Sweden. Klarna offers, among other things, payment by card and invoice. In connection with the purchase, credit information may be taken and the receivable transferred to Klarna. Klarna’s general terms and conditions can be found at https://www.klarna.com/se/villkor/

In the case of invoice payment, payment shall be made to Klarna immediately when the receivable has been transferred at the time of purchase. The invoice is issued when the delivery leaves Baricol Bariatric AB’s warehouse and the payment period is 14 days. If you have a Klarna account or Klarna’s other services, it may be possible to pay off your purchase.


We use Stripe for secure card payments for other countries where Klarna is not supported. Stripe supports most well-known card providers such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Read more about Stripe here: http://stripe.com


On baricol.com, you have the opportunity to order products for deliveries to countries around the world.  For deliveries within Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, you will be directed to the baricol.se site. For deliveries within Norway, you will be directed to the baricol.no site.

Deliveries within Sweden

For deliveries within Sweden, a shipping cost of SEK 39 per delivery is added and shown at checkout. 

Orders within Sweden are picked up and delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays and delivered primarily as consignment notes (varubrev) via PostNord and secondarily via DHL Service Point. Delivery time is normally up to 5 working days depending on the post office. An SMS notification is sent out from the shipping company. In exceptional cases, the shipment is notified by letter. Letters of goods that do not fit in the mailbox will be handed over to the nearest delivery point. You will then be notified that the package is available for collection. Packages sent by DHL are picked up at the service point. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct mobile number and e-mail address are entered. If you do not collect your order, a reminder notification will be sent to you.

Orders outside of Sweden

Deliveries to Denmark and Finland incur a shipping cost of SEK 59 per delivery and are shown at checkout. Deliveries to Denmark and Finland are sent by DHL daily.

Unclaimed Packages

In the event that your delivery does not fit into your mailbox, the package will remain at the delivery point for 14 days or for the number of days that the shipping company notifies you. If you as a customer choose not to collect your order, it will be returned to Baricol Bariatrics AB. You as a customer are then obliged to pay for the costs that arise. If you as a customer do not collect your order and it is sent back to Baricol Bariatrics AB, you will be charged for costs regarding shipping, return shipping, handling fee, and packaging. The fee is currently 200 Swedish crowns. 

Damage to the Shipment

Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. Therefore, upon receipt, check the package so that it is not damaged during transport. Baricol Bariatrics AB recommends that you report any transport damage directly on-site to the delivery agent and then contact Baricol Bariatric AB’s customer service.


Returns outside the initial 14-day withdrawal period are not allowed. Returns within the withdrawal period are at your own expense. Returns due to defective goods or incorrect packaging are the responsibility of Baricol Bariatrics. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery.

Right of Complaint

Baricol Bariatrics AB complies with the provisions that apply in the Consumer Purchase Act. This means that you have a three-year right to make a complaint or before the expiry date, whichever comes first. The complaint is reported as soon as the error should have been discovered. Two (2) months is considered a reasonable time for detection of damage/defect.

If you have received a faulty/defective item, we ask you to contact our customer service. The complaint is made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. Do not send the item in before contacting us.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations. As an alternative to possible disputes, the EU provides the “Online Dispute Resolution” (ODR) service, https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/

In the event of an approved complaint, Baricol Bariatrics AB is responsible for any shipping costs and other costs that have arisen in connection with the complaint, such as petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs, and the like.

Product Liability 

Dietary supplements are not sold for the purpose of having any medicinal effect or to treat injuries or diseases,  nor to replace medications or a normal healthy diet. If you are unsure, consult a doctor before use.

Personal Data and Customer Communication 

We will process the personal information that you provide or have provided to us or that we have collected on our website through cookies. The personal data we process is your name, e-mail address, purchase, payment and order history, delivery address, IP address and telephone number and, where applicable, social security number.

We keep the personal data we process in secure storage through security routines and organizational measures. The connection to the website takes place over an encrypted connection through SSL. We have firewalls and antivirus software that protect and prevent unauthorized access to our network.

The customer agrees that Baricol Bariatrics AB can communicate through, for example, letters, telephone, e-mail, and SMS to inform about our product offers. If you do not wish to receive offers from us during the subscription period or after the subscription has expired, you can end this by contacting customer service.

Terms for Free Offers

Our free offers are for personal use only. The offer is only valid once per person, and Baricol Bariatrics AB reserves the right to change or terminate the offer. The order must be filled in by the person who intends to try the product. If this offer is abused, Baricol Bariatrics AB can take legal action.
